How to Register Your REVEAL Product
Registering your JTR equipment keeps your warranty coverage, activation history, and device details up to date in your my.jtr.org account. How you register depends on which product you own.
REVEAL Diamond Detector 3S and REVEAL Diamond Detector 2S: No Action Needed
REVEAL Diamond Detector 3S and REVEAL Diamond Detector 2S scanners register themselves automatically the first time you activate the device. When you complete setup through the MyReveal app (or the desktop first login flow), the device is added to your account instantly. There's no separate registration step.
Once activation finishes, you'll find the device listed under:
my.jtr.org → Admin → Devices
with its serial number, activation date, and warranty expiration filled in automatically. Nothing further to do, just make sure the activation completes with an internet connection so the record can sync.
360 Base, STAGE L, and STAGE XL: Manual Registration Required
Extension modules and accessories (360 Base, STAGE L, STAGE XL) don't activate the same way a scanner does, so they aren't detected automatically. You'll need to register each one yourself before its warranty coverage begins.
To register an extension:
- Sign in at my.jtr.org.
- Go to Admin → Devices.
- Click Add a New Device.
- In the Register Your Product dialog, enter:
- Serial Number (S/N), printed on the label alongside its barcode (e.g. 31011225029)
- Registration Code (Reg. Code), printed next to the serial number on the same label (e.g. C2C4A6)
- click Check
- Purchased Date (required), the date you bought the product
- Invoice Nr (optional), your order/invoice number, if you have it.
- Click Register Product.
The module will now appear under Devices, showing its registration date and warranty status.

If Registration Doesn't Go Through
- Double-check the serial number and registration code match exactly what's printed on the label. Both are required to verify before the Register Product button becomes active.
- Make sure a Purchased Date is entered; it's the only required field besides serial/code.
- No Registration Code on the label at all? This happens on older 360 Base units. Don't try to force the form. Email revealsupport@jtr.org with the serial number instead.
- Still stuck, or the code doesn't verify even though it matches the label? Contact JTR Support through Support Center, or email revealsupport@jtr.org, with your serial number on hand.
