Diamond Screening Is Never Behind a Subscription

Every REVEAL device includes the Free plan from day one, at no cost, for the life of the device, and diamond screening works on it with no subscription. Screening and detecting diamonds, running auto-detection on the REVEAL Diamond Detector 3S, and receiving lifetime software updates never require a paid plan. The plans below exist for businesses that want more cloud storage, more user seats, or both, not as a gate on core diamond verification functionality.

This is worth pausing on, because it is not how most of the diamond screening device market works. Some of the best-known names in diamond detection require an active, ongoing subscription just to power on and operate the hardware you already paid for, turning a one-time equipment purchase into a recurring cost with no option to opt out. REVEAL was built on the opposite premise: you own the device, so the device works, full stop. Subscriptions here are entirely optional, and only for businesses that want to scale storage and team access beyond what comes complimentary.

The Four My.jtr Plans at a Glance

A few things the table does not fully capture. Free is included with every REVEAL device from day one, with no signup required, and its allowances apply per device with no device limit at all: 3 REVEALs on the Free plan means 3 complimentary user seats and 150 complimentary saved analyses, and that keeps scaling no matter how many devices you add. Solo's limits are flat rather than per device, so they stay the same whether you connect one REVEAL or several.

Teams and Teams Pro scale per device up to their Device Limit (3 for Teams, 10 for Teams Pro): each device up to that limit adds its own share of cloud analyses and user seats, reaching the combined maximum shown. Device Limit is not a cap on how many REVEAL devices you can run on the plan, though. A business can keep more devices than the Device Limit on the same plan without being forced to upgrade: cloud analyses stay capped at the combined maximum once you reach the limit, but every additional device beyond it still adds one more user seat to the pool. For example, a Teams customer running 6 REVEAL devices gets the full 3,000-analysis, 15-user allowance from the first 3 devices, then gains one more user for each of the remaining 3 devices, for 18 users total, all while staying on the Teams plan.

Teams Pro also adds priority support. All paid plans can be cancelled any time before the 1-month trial ends, and every plan, including Free, includes unlimited software updates and lets every user connect from any number of laptops, phones, and tablets.

Choosing Between Them

If you run a single REVEAL diamond detecting setup and rarely approach the complimentary 50 analysis limit, Free covers you indefinitely. If one person needs more history or wants a second user on the same device without adding a full team plan, Solo is built for that. Once your business adds a second or third diamond screening device, Teams scales storage and seats alongside your hardware instead of forcing you to manage separate accounts per device. Teams Pro exists for the same reason at a larger scale, for businesses running up to 10 diamond verification devices across multiple locations, with priority support included for when uptime matters most.

For Large-Scale Operations

Teams Pro covers operations running up to 10 diamond screening devices. For businesses beyond that scale, such as large distributors, multi-location retail groups, or high-volume manufacturing operations, JTR offers custom enterprise contracts tailored to fleet size, analysis volume, and user count. These are negotiated individually rather than sold off a fixed price list, so they can be scoped to match diamond detecting operations of any size.

Adding Storage or Seats Without Changing Plans

If your current plan almost covers what you need, you do not have to jump to the next tier. Storage and user seats are also available as standalone add-ons:

Add-ons are only available to customers already subscribed to a paid plan (Solo, Teams, or Teams Pro). If you are on the Free plan and need more capacity, the first step is upgrading to a paid plan, after which storage and seats can be added incrementally as your needs grow.
