JTR upgrades your existing REVEAL 2S hardware and software at our New York service center. Your device gains full auto-detection capability for up to 40 loose diamonds per batch.
Ship your REVEAL 2S and receive a brand-new REVEAL 3S — full auto-detection plus 2× processing speed. The 3S handles up to 100 loose diamonds at once, and that advantage grows as JTR extends auto-detection to jewelry.
Both programs add auto-detection. The difference is capacity, speed and whether you keep your current device.

Both upgrades include auto-detection for up to 40 loose diamonds per batch. The 3S is faster and scans up to 100 loose diamonds at once — and that difference grows as JTR expands auto-detection to jewelry.
For both programs, you ship your REVEAL 2S to JTR in New York — that’s the only shipping cost you pay. JTR covers the return shipment in full, whether that’s your upgraded 2S or your new 3S.
Pre-orders are processed in order of receipt. Pre-ordering secures your place in the queue.
The second payment is only triggered when JTR contacts you to schedule shipping.
Neither program makes the REVEAL 2S obsolete — this is an opportunity to stay current, not a mandatory upgrade.
Your REVEAL 2S stays fully operational until JTR contacts you to ship. You keep working the whole time.
